This analog collage tells the story of the clash between the sacred and the profane, spiritual crisis, existential suffering, as well as memory and time. The color red (blood) cuts through a sacred space, suggesting the brutality of religious history in past centuries.

Fragments of text and worn pages represent the split between the divine and the human. Religion is also a litmus test for society.

Style and technique:

• Medium: Collage with elements of drawing, printing, and painting (paint/ink).

• Aesthetic: Surrealist, expressionist, with a Dadaist undertone.

• Color scheme: Monochromatic with a contrasting red accent.
